After 40 mins and the driver reaching a dead end somewhere in Belek, turning around driving back in the direction we came from, heading in completely the opposite direction, calling someone on his mobile (while driving) and then turning the minibus around and joining a dual carriageway and heading back towards the airport we eventually switched our mobile data on to use Google maps, within seconds we could see he was heading in completely the wrong direction. This is a 30 min transfer maximum as we have stayed at this hotel before and know how long a tranfer takes. We arrived at Antalya airport, made our way to the assigned stand and were promptly handed to a driver who I watched be told the name our hotel, he nodded and repeated the name suggesting he knew exactly where to go. Having used Hoppa in Paphos 4 or 5 times and having great experiences, we used Hoppa in Antalya. ![]() ![]() the transfer is suppose to be on his way I rang the provider about 7 times 4:30am - still no transfer We had to get a local taxi to take us to the airport, we had to add fast track to our flight to ensure we could get through security in time to board the plane In total I had to make calls to the transfer provider about 15 times Offered a part refund for the departure transfer Absolutely not acceptable The service was an absolute shambles from start to finish I would never book with Hoppa again And I would advise no one to risk booking with Hoppa! Most European countries have great taxi services outside the airports If you want to pre book use another provider they can’t get through to the local provider 4:10 - I call back. The worse transfer service I’ve ever experienced So booked the transfer in advance as I always do, even when travelling in Europe because who wants to mess around when they get off the plane?! No one right Our flight was delayed by an hour which would be acceptable as the transfer provider usually watched the arrivals We can through departures and the transfer provided was no where to be seen Two phone calls later I was told he’s gone to the wrong terminal Ok so you have all my flight details how do you managed to go to the wrong terminal After 30-40 mins of phone calls and searching for a person our private transfer finally turned up Thank goodness we were finally on route to the hotel Return transfer T&Cs clearly state be ready 15 mins before pick up We were suppose to be getting picked up at 3:45am So were outside the hotel at 3:30am We didn’t go to sleep as what was the point We planned on getting to the airport a couple of hours before departure as my partner is diabetic so it would of given us time to eat 4:00am - still no transfer So I call them.
